This is the sixth boss of the raid. 

The Twin Fangs is a two-target fight that repeats mechanics until defeated. In this fight, the Twin Fangs build Eternal Venom within players with their various abilities and spells. If a player reaches nine stacks of Eternal Venom, they are instantly killed. Ravenous Feast, a large group soak, can remove up to three stacks of Eternal Venom. Watch your stacks and make sure you're soaking when needed! 

• Everyone will be building up a debuff - if it gets to 10 stacks you die.

• Remove the debuff by stacking in the large red blood swirly.  The boss will attack this three times, each attack removing 3 stacks.  

• A large blob add appears that is larger the more stacks have been removed.

• Intermission - one boss goes to the centre and does a rotating frontal, the other moves to a random location you have to move to.

• Kill them around the same time.

• Avoid stuff on the floor, beams, etc.
