This is the sixth boss of the raid. 

The Twin Fangs is a two-target fight that repeats mechanics until defeated. In this fight, the Twin Fangs build Eternal Venom within players with their various abilities and spells. If a player reaches nine stacks of Eternal Venom, they are instantly killed. Ravenous Feast, a large group soak, can remove up to three stacks of Eternal Venom. Watch your stacks and make sure you're soaking when needed! 

• Everyone will be building up a debuff (Eternal Venom) (Heroic - if it gets to 10 stacks you die.)

• Tank them where they are (generally don't move).

• Small green circles spawn green balls - run over to soak.  Each one gives a stack of debuff.  If one doesn't get soaked, it explodes giving everyone a stack of debuff.

• Smaller spawn adds target players with wide lines.  Point away from tanks and then stop moving.  Everyone else avoid.

• Kill adds asap.

• Large red circles .. move to edge away from everyone else.  (Heroic - drops a puddle).

• Ravenous Feast  x 3 (large red soak swirly) - everyone soaks (remove debuffs). (Heroic - can only soak one out of three soaks, so split into three groups).

• Tanks: Stone Breaker (Ithraz).  Three small white swirlies - Ithraz's tank soaks each one in order and then taunt swap.

• Watch out for green blob waves - avoid.

Intermission (full energy):

• Vexhul moves to centre, Ithraz to another outside edge.

• Get to Ithraz whilst avoiding rotating green beam from Vexhul in centre.  Dodge stuff on the floor.

• After a full rotation, Vexhul moves next to Ithraz, restarting the main phase.
