This is a single boss raid that launches at the same time as The Voidspire and is considered the second raid of the Season.
The Dreamrift raid is located in Harandar, close by where the Rootway to Harandar spawns you. Players can portal to Harandar from Silvermoon City at /way #2393 36.8 68.4. If the portal to Harandar is not available, you must progress further in the Midnight campaign and complete The Root Cause Quest.
